Land Conservation Initiative Gains 600th Acre in 2025

After an overnight opportunity came to our doorstep, we are thrilled to announce that Mission: Wolf has officially secured the wolves their 600th acre of alpine habitat surrounding the sanctuary. One of the most important pieces of Mission: Wolf's conservation puzzle presented itself for sale and we couldn't afford to let it go.

This milestone marks a significant step toward completion of Phase 1 of Mission: Wolf's Land Conservation Initiative. Protecting this land ensures riparian habitat preservation, prevents septic development, and secures a wild classroom for outdoor educational experiences. 

To secure it, the wolves had to add an additional $80,000 burden onto our existing land loan. Your contribution in support of this opportunity and Mission: Wolf's Land Conservation Initiative is vital.
