Smokey’s Story

When Smokey came to use he was severely underweight but had no other health issues. His owner surrendered him as they no longer wanted to feed him. Once Smokey arrived we immediately began working on his nutrition to see if we could bring him back a good quality of life. He was adopted by a very sincere and caring couple who continued to bring him back to normal weight, and he lived happily with them until his passing several years later.
